WELCOME TO THE MOREZMORE ESTATE - The Neverending Virtual Estate Sale
Northern wing of the estate. A stone-paved path leads to a OOAK Art Studio.
Inside you find:
a One Of A Kind Morezmore Art Doll # 4
Demon Mephistopheles.
Mephistopheles was created by a well-known by her friends and family artist Natasha Landerer and is the
fourth sculpture by this artist which has been made available to public.
Authentic OOAK, fully hand-sculpted, both the doll and the base. It is signed and marked with Number 4. Certificate of Authenticity is included. No molds have been used for this sculpture.
Material: The doll and the base are made from ProSculpt and Cernit polymer clay mix. Particular attention was paid to making the doll structurally sound and strong, as well as attractive. The doll was sculpted over a strong epoxy-fortified steel wire armature.
The base - the book was sculpted from prosculpt+cernit clay mix over a natural wood plaque; the skull was sculpted over an epoxy "egg". The skull is permanently attached to the book. The violent-looking fracture on the skull was made on purpose to create a steady "seat" for the doll.
Both the doll and the base were fired exactly following the manufacturer's temperature and time recommendations and an oven thermometer was used to monitor the temperature. Total number of firings - 3 times, including the heat setting of paint.
The sculpt is accessorized using a metalic ribbon trim for Mephistopheles' doublet, natural feathers for his hat and a red rhinestone medallion. He is painted using genesis paints. Acrylic paints were used for the black doublet and bronze fixings on the book. The removable cape is made out of silk velvet, the base is lined with felt on the bottom.
Size: The sculpt is 11" tall from the bottom of the base to the top of the feathers.
